*Refund Policy for Participant Registration - ICT Olympiad Bangladesh*
**Effective Date:** 09-07-2024
- Thank you for registering for ICT Olympiad Bangladesh Session 2. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. To address such situations fairly, we have established the following refund policy:
- If you disagree terms and conditions after the registration you can request the refund within 7 days from the date of registration through email hello.ictob@gmail.com with cc to mdshahriar.khan@gmail.com or send us our registered address.
**1. Eligibility for Refunds:**
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [contact email address] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Participant's Full Name]".
- Refund requests must include the participant’s full name, registration details, and the reason for the refund.
**2. Refund Request Deadlines:**
- Full Refund: Requests submitted on or before [date] (e.g., 07 days after the registration) will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Partial Refund: (Only for special cases) Requests submitted between [date] and [date] (e.g., 29 to 15 days before the event) will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No Refund: Requests submitted after [date] (e.g., more than 8 days before the registration ) will not be eligible for a refund.
**3. Processing of Refunds:**
- Approved refunds will be processed within [maximum 90] business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during registration
- No cash transaction will be allowed for refund.
**4. Exceptional Circumstances:**
- In cases of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family bereavement), partial or full refunds may be considered at the discretion of the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh organizing committee. Supporting documentation may be required.
**5. Non-Refundable Fees:**
- Registration processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable
- Any additional charges incurred by the participant for registration (e.g., bank fees, currency conversion charges) are non-refundable.
**6. Transfer of Registration:**
- If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [contact email address] at least [number] days before the event.
- The new participant must meet all registration requirements and agree to the terms and conditions of the event.
**7. Event Cancellation:**

In the unlikely event that ICT Olympiad Bangladesh Session 2 is canceled by the organizers without any reasons, all participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The organizing committee will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants. But organizer can change or extends the time or event type.
**9. Amendments:**
- The organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of participant registration at any time.
- Participants will be notified of any changes through the official website or other official communication channels.
